Training Camps at F.A.P.

Intensive training camps are and integral part of athlete development and competitive preparation F.A.P. training camps are structured to benefit both developing athletes and nationally ranked competitors.

All athletes should bring a notebook, water bottle, lunch, snacks or money for the same. Camps include indoor and outdoor training dependant on weather, so bring clothing and shoes appropriate for both

December 26 - 30

Youth Camp (ages 8 -12): 9:30 - 1:30*

Cadet / Junior (ages 13 & Up): 2:30 - 7:30

(includes injury prevention clinic)

Adults: 6:00 - 7:30

(includes injury prevention clinic)

Injury Prevention Clinic Sunday Dec. 27 6-7:30 pm

*9 am early drop off is available
